The motel is much better right now and made a few changes which are good. The doors were updated and the rooms are maintained well in my. 1 week of stay ... There are vending machines if you wanted to grab some snacks ..Grab and go
The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
We were greeted amazingly and although we had reserved a room with two beds we didn’t need. We were offered a room with a single king bed. The room was clean and beautiful pictures to decorate. We were traveling through for a funeral. So at a stressful time it was nice to relax in a quiet room on our way. The picture online depicted well what we received and we were more than happy at the price we price for our stay.
When I had arrived the first evening I entered the room & first thing I noticed was that it smelled GREAT! It is a smoking room, but you wouldn't had known. Then I seen the room.. Wow it is so clean, the bed was amazing, it had not your standard 3, but 5 amazingly beautiful pillows. The bathroom was also clean...Now I had been in Springfield for some business & it was going to take a week & I had planned on staying at another Hotel, which was over rated. It cost double the price then this one & it had an issue with the TV and the man at the front desk had told me they where having trouble with the TV's throughout the hotel, which I found out in the am it was only my room Which in the long run I was ok with it, because if that wouldn't had happened I would had not ended up here at this wonderful Hotel....this truly is a great place to stay.....I was so happy to see and stay here ....I will make this my hotel to stay at whenever I'm needed to stay in Springfield!!!!
I think it is a great place people respect you and rooms are great,house keeping is also great an clean and taken care of by owners,I have been here over a year and I watched them paint inside of whole building an outside of building,an have great security in an outside of buildings and just redone entire parking lot too!!!! My hat goes off to the owners!!!!!! come stay it's worth it to see some owners care about their property an Guests :-)
You get what you pay for. Considering that this place is cheaper than any other hotel in the area by almost half I'd say it is acceptable. There is new carpet on the floor, and a fresh coat of paint on the walls (though it looks like this was the first time this person has ever painted). The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable enough to sleep on. However the comforter had a cigarette burn in it. All in all I'd stay here again because the price makes this a good value, but don't expect much.
the managers there are always super nice and helpful. Some of the people that live there are either super nice, in-between or super rude! I would still recommend this hotel to anyone bc the house keepers and maintenance are super helpful and nice and they love dogs they will always be more than happy to assist you and help you with everything if they can. The sheets are always clean and replaced when needed. This is a pretty good hotel to stay at!!
Sink leaked the first few weeks of being here but they have since fixed it. Change your linens once a week, has cable, wifi and housekeeping gives you new towels when needed. Rooms are spacious
